Ms. Sarita Sunkari

School Founder, Director, Program Supervisor & Lead Teacher

My journey to establishing Mango Montessori began with a profound realization of the importance of early childhood education. Armed with a bachelor’s degree from Berhampur University, India, with a focus on Physics, my husband and I embarked on a journey to instill values of respect for self, others, and the environment in our own child.

In our quest for the ideal educational approach, we discovered the Montessori philosophy when our child was three years old. Captivated by its principles and methodologies, I made the life-changing decision to pursue Montessori teacher certification through AMS, in 2017, fueled by the desire to create a haven where every child’s potential could flourish.

Five years later, Mango Montessori stands as a testament to this passion. Our school is more than just an educational institution; it’s a vibrant community dedicated to nurturing the unique talents and abilities of each child.

One of the quotes that resonates deeply with me is from Dr. Maria Montessori: “The greatest sign of success for a teacher… is to be able to say, the children are working as if I did not exist.” Every year, I witness this phenomenon with our Mango children, and I am continually astonished by their capabilities when given the opportunity to thrive independently.

Hello! I’m Sudha Kesapragada, and I’m thrilled to be part of the Mango Montessori team. My journey into education began with a Bachelor of Science degree from Andhra University in 1995, followed by a faculty of teaching in biological sciences in 1996, both of which laid the foundation for my career in teaching.

My passion for Montessori Education blossomed during my tenure as a government teacher in India. It was there that I witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of providing children with the right environment and tools for learning.

Driven by a desire to delve deeper into early childhood education, I pursued certification from MACTE, (AMS certified) which further solidified my commitment to the Montessori approach. I firmly believe that this method not only cultivates academic excellence but also nurtures the holistic development of children, empowering them to become confident, curious learners.

As a member of the Mango Montessori team, I am dedicated to guiding young minds through their critical formative years. Every day brings new opportunities to inspire and be inspired by the endless curiosity and wonder of our students. Join us on this incredible journey of discovery and growth!

I like working at Mango Montessori because of the wonderful environment and professional, friendly staff.

Ms. Gauri Vaidya

Lead Teacher
With a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University, an associate’s degree in IT Programming and Database Management, and a master’s degree in Project Management from the City University of Seattle, my professional journey has been diverse and fulfilling. After a successful career in IT, I am now following my true passion—nurturing and guiding young children during their formative years.

As a mother of two boys who thrived in a Montessori environment, I have seen firsthand the lasting impact of this philosophy. Their growth inspired me to pursue my Montessori Early Childhood Certification (through MACTE) and transition into education.

Before officially joining Mango Montessori, I had the privilege of volunteering here many times. Working closely with our director and lead teacher, Ms. Sarita, further inspired me to return to the Montessori path. These experiences reaffirmed my belief in the Montessori philosophy and my desire to contribute meaningfully to this nurturing and respectful environment. It is truly an honor to be part of a community that shares my commitment to fostering curiosity, independence, and confidence in young learners.

Kindness, respect, and a genuine love for children guide my work each day. I am dedicated to creating a warm, enriching environment where children feel safe to explore, learn, and grow—laying the foundation for a lifetime of joyful learning.

As an early childhood educator certified through the North American Montessori Center, I, Ms. Omkareswari Kalla (Bindu), bring a wealth of passion and knowledge to my profession. Hailing from India and holding a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from Andhra University, I have found solace in the pages of books and the harmonious melodies of music. Yet, my deepest joy stems from the moments shared with my husband and two beloved daughters.

Dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of young minds, I am committed to fostering a love for learning, igniting imaginations, and instilling confidence in each child I encounter. I firmly believe in the effectiveness of the Mango Montessori approach, which provides a nurturing environment for children to flourish. This methodology allows them to explore their interests and acquire essential life skills at their own pace.

Mango Montessori School, where I am privileged to work, offers an enriching environment not only for children but also for adults. It is a place where growth and learning are celebrated at every turn, cultivating a community where everyone can thrive.
